Other Projects
Participates in several scientific research projects, funded by the European Commission, namely: community policing, crisis management Social with transnational impact in the European Union security of large international events, crime prevention through urban spatial (CPTED); police action address domestic violence; strengthening the legal protection of minor victims of crimes; migration dynamics and safety risks.

Awards
Seven praises, five of them from the Minister of the Interior;
A gold medal for distinguished service and two silver medals for distinguished service.

He is the author of several articles and gave lectures on topics such as community policing, crime prevention, policing models; police reform, civilian crisis management, counter-terrorism, private security, international police cooperation; educated police, security for major international events, security technologies, and police science.
